Customer Service Representatives are the heart of our FBO team. Enjoy the often fast-paced and exciting world of aviation while assisting pilots and customers with their flight needs. With both full-time and part-time options available and flexible scheduling, Skyward offers a great work-life balance to comparable CSR positions.

The job duties of a Customer Service Representative include greeting flight crews and passengers, assisting with fuel requests, car rentals, hotel accommodations, catering, limo arrangements, pilot supplies, and other ground support items. Additionally, CSRs should have a positive attitude, outgoing and professional personality, and be proficient with standard computer programs.
